Reimagining Our Online Presence

Welcome to the NEW website for Common Ground Consulting!

Launching this new site has been both a labor of love and a wonderful opportunity to look back on the incredible relationships we’ve built over many years. It has reinvested us in our core values and provided us with a roadmap for moving forward.

The site reflects a complete reimagining of our online presence and includes a number of exciting new features—including our new Resource Library—which contains hundreds of pages of materials designed to help you meet the myriad challenges facing your organization.

The library is full of all sorts of tools (and toolkits), training activities, and the many think pieces we’ve written and had published around the world. We hope that you will download them, use them in your own work, and share them with your colleagues.

We’ve included brand new in-depth case studies showcasing our global work; as well as short summaries of some of our recent engagements, including many of our domestic clients.

Many of you may be interested in some of the types of unique interventions for which we are well-known. Now you can read more about how we use those methods to meet the needs of our clients.

As a change-focused consulting firm, we are also always thinking about our own work and how it can become more innovative and efficient—something even more important as we all come to grips with new realities forced upon us by the coronavirus pandemic. 

We had already begun piloting new approaches in response to climate change and shrinking travel budgets. Now, we are expediting and expanding those efforts even more. Please take a look at some of the creative ways we can work together, even in these trying times.
