The logo that we have designed for Common Ground Consulting LLC is dynamic, active, and represents the continuous movement that characterizes the mission-critical work of passionate individuals and organizations working for change.

It symbolizes the many disparate parts of a community being brought into powerful, healthy and stable relationship with one another. It is open, leaving room for fresh new ideas to be brought into the mix, while still maintaining the integrity of the original.

As our work is all about building trust, sharing strategies, embracing risk, achieving outcomes, and affecting positive social change, some of the letters in the words are connected, symbolizing existing relationships and powerful successes; other letters stand alone, demonstrating the work that remains ahead of us.
